General Questions

-Free size exchange if the order is over €299

- Only within 15 days, the product can be exchanged

- Avoid tearing the packaging

- Use of the product is not permitted.

- Send the product back and mention the error and what you want in exchange.

- You will pay for the return shipping if the problem is on your side, otherwise the Yamoto team will pay.

The reasons for the refund must be valid.

- We will only refund the price of the product, not the shipping costs (€6) and cash on delivery (€3.90)

For example; if your order is €100, in the event of a refund, the refundable amount will be €94. If, in the event of cash on delivery, the amount is €102.90, the refundable total will still be €94.

In case of a refund after a size exchange, all shipping costs will not be refundable, as they are the responsibility of the buyer.

Some examples:
If the order is over €169, the buyer must pay the shipping costs for the size exchange. If, after exchanging the size, the buyer decides to request a refund, all shipping costs, including the initial shipping cost, will be paid by the buyer.

For orders over €299, the first size exchange is free. If the buyer requests multiple size exchanges, they will be responsible for all shipping costs except the first. In the event of a refund, all shipping costs, including the first, will be borne by the buyer.
In case of partial refund if the total amount of the order is less than € 169, the first shipment will be paid by the buyer

You can request an invoice both online and in our stores. In-store, please remember to notify us before issuing the receipt. You can request an invoice online; please contact Customer Service at info@yamoto.it. Please note that you can only request an invoice if your order has not yet been prepared for shipment.
