Purchases made on the website www.yamoto.it are governed by Italian law on mail order sales. If the Customer makes a mistake in the order and receives an unwanted item, they have 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date to exercise their right of withdrawal, or the option to return the product.

Yamoto reserves the right to cancel any order at any time and without giving any reason.


Pursuant to Articles 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Consumer Customer, i.e., a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal, or professional activity, has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason and consequently has the right to return the purchased goods and obtain a refund of the expenses incurred, in accordance with the procedures indicated below.


The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:


a) the right applies to the product in its entirety and not to parts or components of it;


b) in the case of prize operations or combined promotional sales, in which the purchase of one item is combined with another item that is sold at a negligible price (or given away), the right of withdrawal will be legitimately exercised with the return of both items purchased (given the constraint of the promotional item being an accessory to the first).


To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer, without having to provide explanations and without incurring any penalty, must send a communication indicating the intention to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) working days of receiving the goods. This communication must be sent to Yamoto by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt, addressed to Yamoto, with registered office in Verona, Yamoto VIA MADONNA 290 Bovolone 37051 Verona . Upon sending the withdrawal notice, the Customer must arrange for the return of the goods to Yamoto, using a courier of their choice, attaching a copy of the registered letter indicated above. The goods must be returned intact and carefully packaged in their original packaging, complete with all accessories. By law, the shipping costs for returning the goods are the responsibility of the Customer. In the case of multiple goods relating to the same order, in relation to which the Customer has exercised the right of withdrawal, the same must be sent to Yamoto in a single shipment.


Yamoto is not responsible for damage or theft/loss of goods returned via uninsured shipments. Yamoto will refund the price of the item for which the customer exercised the right of withdrawal, provided that the item is intact and unused.


Without prejudice to any costs for repairing damage, Yamoto will refund the entire amount paid by the Customer at the time of purchase of the goods, within 14 days from the date on which Yamoto became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, provided that in the meantime the goods have been shipped according to the methods indicated above, by crediting the amount to be refunded to the Customer's credit card.


The right of withdrawal automatically lapses in cases where the following is ascertained:


a) the lack of the original packaging and/or wrapping;


b) the absence of all the integral elements of the item (accessories, tags, labels, information notes, etc.);


c) damage to the product for reasons other than its transport;


d) the use of the product;


In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Yamoto will return the purchased item already in its possession to the sender, charging the latter the shipping costs.


Yamoto informs that the right of withdrawal cannot be applied to goods expressly modified at the customer's request, products made to order,
Not normally kept in stock by Yamoto. These goods are NOT SUBJECT TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, as they are produced based on the express specific personal needs of the Customer.

Any clarification, information on assistance services or any complaints may be requested or submitted to Yamoto at its registered office as highlighted above and by email to the following addresses: info@yamoto.it. The information contained in the GTC and on the website for individual products is communicated in its entirety through these conditions and through the information sheets pursuant to and for the purposes of Articles 52 and 53 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

ONLINE RETURNS AND REFUNDS


CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND SIZE EXCHANGES POLICIES

Yamoto cares about product quality and strives to provide the best products to our customers. However, if you're not satisfied with the product, we have a return policy to avoid confusion, provide convenience for our customers, and foster a strong customer relationship.

Steps to return:

- Return the product by email to "Info@yamoto.it" .

- Clearly, state why you want to cancel or refund with the order number and date.

Additionally, there will be three return conditions:

Cancellation:

- The order can be cancelled if it has not yet been charged or processed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has shipped. Only the product price is refundable.

Swap size and color:

-Free size exchange if the order is greater than

€299

- Only within 15 days, the product can be exchanged

- Avoid tearing the packaging

- Use of the product is not permitted.

- Send the product back and mention the error and what you want in exchange.

- You will pay for the return shipping if the problem is on your side, otherwise the Yamoto team will pay.

For orders over €299, the first size exchange is free. If the buyer requests multiple size exchanges, they will be responsible for all shipping costs except the first. In the event of a refund, all shipping costs, including the first, will be borne by the buyer.

Need to change size? No problem!


  • For orders under €299, the total cost for the size change is €12 with exchange service, which includes:
    • €6 for the collection of the item to be returned
    • €6 for shipping the new size
  • For orders of €299 or more, exchanges may be free. See our full return policy for full details.

Would you prefer to send the return via your own courier? In that case, you'll only pay €6 for shipping the new size.

It is not possible to request a withdrawal only without making an exchange. (Exchange service)

If the items you receive are defective, Yamoto will replace the defective item with the same model, color, and size free of charge.
The company will not cover the costs if you choose to exchange an item, color or size other than the one purchased, even if it has defects.

Buy your Christmas gifts with peace of mind. You can exchange them until January 14, 2025.

If the order is placed after December 10th, no refund, only size exchange



Reimbursement:

The reasons for the refund must be valid.

- We will only refund the price of the product, not the shipping costs (€6) and cash on delivery (€3.90)

For example; if your order is €100, in the event of a refund, the refundable amount will be €94. If, in the event of cash on delivery, the amount is €102.90, the refundable total will still be €94.

In case of a refund after a size exchange, all shipping costs will not be refundable, as they are the responsibility of the buyer.

Some examples:

If the order is over €99, the buyer must pay the shipping costs for the size exchange. If, after exchanging the size, the buyer decides to request a refund, all shipping costs, including the initial shipping cost, will be paid by the buyer.

Seller's legal guarantee of conformity, reporting of defects of conformity and warranty interventions

Pursuant to and for the purposes of European Directive 44/99/EC and Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (hereinafter the " Consumer Code "), the Seller guarantees the Consumer that the Products will be free from design and material defects and compliant with the descriptions published on the Site for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of delivery of the Products to the Consumer. The application of any warranty is excluded in the event of use or washing of the Product not in accordance with the Product's intended use and the instructions/warnings provided by the Seller and/or the Owner, or reported in the relevant explanatory documentation, on the tags or labels.

Under penalty of forfeiture of this guarantee, the Consumer has the obligation to report any defects and non-conformities within and no later than 2 (two) months of discovery, by sending the appropriate form correctly completed to Customer Service via email to info@yamoto.it, indicating the defect and/or non-conformity found, as well as the relevant documentation indicated in the return form itself (at least 1 (one) photograph of the Product, the order confirmation sent by the Seller and/or the receipt).

Following receipt of the form and related documentation, the Seller will evaluate the defects and non-conformities reported by the Consumer through the Owner's customer service and, after having carried out quality checks to verify the actual non-conformity of the Product, will decide whether to authorize the return of the Products by providing the Consumer with a response, containing the "Return Code", via email to the address provided by the latter during the registration process on the Site or when placing the order. The authorization to return the Products will in no way constitute recognition of defects or non-conformities, the existence of which must be verified after the return. The Products for which the Seller has authorized the return must be returned by the Consumer, together with a copy of the return authorization communication containing the "Return Code", within 30 (thirty) days of reporting the defect or non-conformity, to the following address: YAMOTO, VIA MADONNA 290 Bovolone 37051 Verona

In the event of defects or non-conformity, the Consumer will have the right to have the Product brought into conformity by the Seller, through repair or replacement, or to alternative remedies in the cases expressly provided for by art. 130 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.

If the Seller has agreed to refund the Consumer the price paid, the refund will be made, where possible, using the same payment method used by the Consumer to purchase the Product or by bank transfer. It will be the Consumer's responsibility to provide the Seller, again by email to info@yamoto.it, with their bank details to make the transfer in their favor and to ensure that the Seller is able to refund the amount due.
