When will my order be processed?

All orders with Standard shipping are processed within 2-9 business days excluding Saturday and Sunday from order confirmation.

When will I receive my order?

On average, delivery times are 9 working days excluding Saturday and Sunday from order confirmation.

We recommend choosing an address where someone will be available to receive your order during these hours. If you'd like your order delivered to your office or reception, be sure to include your name on the doorbell.

We will provide you with a tracking number to follow your order in real time.

Is shipping always free?

We offer free shipping in Italy for orders over €99. For smaller amounts, we ask for a €5.99 contribution.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email from SDA, BRT, or GLS containing a link to track your shipment.

What happens if I'm not at home when the courier comes?

If no one is present to deliver, the courier will leave a note with their contact information. After two delivery attempts, the order will be stored at the nearest GLS warehouse or post office, and our Customer Service will contact you to arrange a second delivery attempt.
If you do not respond to Customer Service, after a further 10 days the order will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will automatically be requested for you *EXCLUDING SHIPPING COSTS (OUTWARD/RETURN).

We reserve the right to request additional shipping charges for deliveries to the following remote locations (even on orders already received/paid):

International deliveries

Shipping may be made from our storage facilities in Europe subject to product availability and the customer agrees to pay all applicable customs and duty charges.

How is my item sent?

SDA, BRT, or GLS is the official courier service for orders shipped within Europe. Delivery of items will normally require a signature from the recipient. For Italy, all items will be sent to customers via SDA, BRT, or GLS.

We may use another courier service for countries other than Europe to facilitate our customers due to cheap courier charges, although it may take 3 to 15 days for delivery once the order has been shipped .

Remember that when you accept a delivery, you're essentially confirming that your order is in perfect condition. If you notice a damaged package or believe it has been mishandled, always sign for "damaged." In this case, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Monday through Saturday are working days.

Can I select the delivery date?

If you wish to change the delivery date of your order other than the agreed-upon one, we'll be happy to assist you. We recommend suggesting a date when making payment. You can contact us for more information by email at info@yamoto.it

How can I track my order?

After your order ships, you'll receive an email containing the courier's website and your tracking number. This way, you can check the status of your order.

What happens if I miss the delivery?

The courier will leave a note stating that they attempted to deliver your order if you are not at home. You can either have it redelivered or collect it from the address listed on the note. You can also leave instructions for the courier—some courier services are not obligated to do so, and you will assume full responsibility for the package.

Will you ship to an alternative delivery address?

We will ship your order to the billing address only to protect customers from fraud. When payment is received via bank transfer or money order, we may ship to a different address.

Do you deliver abroad?

What happens if there's a problem with my order?

You can return your order within 15 days if you're not satisfied. The product must be unused and the packaging must not be damaged. While you're signing for the item to confirm you've received it in good condition, please review the returns form. We recommend inspecting your items within the delivery period, in accordance with our refund policy.

What happens if I don't receive my order?

You'll usually receive your order within 2-9 business days if it's shipped via courier. Please contact us by email if your order doesn't arrive. If it's lost in transit, it won't be classified as missing until 7 days later (14 days for international orders). We'll either ship a new order or refund your order.
