- Avoid tearing the packaging

- Use of the product is not permitted.

- Send the product back and mention the error and what you want in exchange.

- You will pay for the return shipping if the problem is on your side, otherwise the Yamoto team will pay.

The reasons for the refund must be valid.

- We will only refund the price of the product, not the shipping costs (€6) and cash on delivery (€3.90)

For example; if your order is €100, in the event of a refund, the refundable amount will be €94. If, in the event of cash on delivery, the amount is €102.90, the refundable total will still be €94.

In case of a refund after a size exchange, all shipping costs will not be refundable, as they are the responsibility of the buyer.

Some examples:
If the order is over €169, the buyer must pay the shipping costs for the size exchange. If, after exchanging the size, the buyer decides to request a refund, all shipping costs, including the initial shipping cost, will be paid by the buyer.

For orders over €299, the first size exchange is free. If the buyer requests multiple size exchanges, they will be responsible for all shipping costs except the first. In the event of a refund, all shipping costs, including the first, will be borne by the buyer.
In case of partial refund if the total amount of the order is less than € 169, the first shipment will be paid by the buyer

You can request an invoice both online and in our stores. In-store, please remember to notify us before issuing the receipt. You can request an invoice online; please contact Customer Service at info@yamoto.it. Please note that you can only request an invoice if your order has not yet been prepared for shipment.

All payments made with Klarna installments are non-refundable. The customer will receive a gift card equivalent to the refunded amount.

You can pay in installments using the Klarna 3 installment payment method both in stores and online.
The first installment is to be paid at the time of purchase.

If you've checked the status of your order and your shipment is delayed, please contact Customer Service to report it. If necessary, we'll contact our courier to check the status of your shipment and arrange for delivery.

You can return your order within 15 days if you're not satisfied. The product must be unused and the packaging must not be damaged. While you're signing for the item to confirm you've received it in good condition, please review the returns form. We recommend inspecting your items within the delivery period, in accordance with our refund policy.
