The gloves feature a clever combination of high-quality genuine and synthetic leather, ensuring maximum durability and excellent breathability. On the inside, a soft Taslan polyester blend lining provides a comfortable feel with every ride.

The Shua Proton gloves are packed with specialized features for the modern motorcyclist. They offer protection with a palm slider and a textured silicone print for superior, non-slip grip. You'll also find solid knuckle protection and additional padding around the wrist to protect your hands from impacts. Our ergonomic design prioritizes flexibility and movement. There are accordion-style stretch panels on the thumb, index finger, and middle finger for easy use, as well as stretch Cordura fabric that connects the thumb to the palm for superior safety.

A 4-way nylon fabric further enhances flexibility and comfort. Staying cool won't be a problem: integrated perforations and vents on the back of the hand ensure continuous airflow, keeping your hands dry and comfortable even on the hottest days.

RETURNS AND SIZE EXCHANGES

Yamoto cares about product quality and strives to provide the best products to our customers. However, if you're not satisfied with the product, we have a return policy to avoid confusion, provide convenience for our customers, and foster a strong customer relationship.

Steps to return:

- Return the product by email to "Info@yamoto.it".

- Clearly, state why you want to cancel or refund with the order number and date.

Additionally, there will be three return conditions:

Cancellation:

- The order can be cancelled if it has not yet been charged or processed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has shipped. Only the product price is refundable.

Swap size and color:

-Free size exchange if the order is over €299

- Only within 15 days, the product can be exchanged

- Avoid tearing the packaging

- Use of the product is not permitted.

- Send the product back and mention the error and what you want in exchange.

- You will pay for the return shipping if the problem is on your side, otherwise the Yamoto team will pay.

For orders over €299, the first size exchange is free. If the buyer requests multiple size exchanges, they will be responsible for all shipping costs except the first. In the event of a refund, all shipping costs, including the first, will be borne by the buyer. If the items you receive are defective, Yamoto will replace the defective item with the same model, color, and size free of charge. The company will not cover the costs if you choose to exchange an item, color or size other than the one purchased, even if it has defects.

Reimbursement:

The reasons for the refund must be valid.

- We will only refund the price of the product, not the shipping costs (€6)

For example; if your order is €100, in the event of a refund, the refundable amount will be €94.

In case of a refund after a size exchange, all shipping costs will not be refundable, as they are the responsibility of the buyer.

Some examples:

If the order is over €299, the buyer must pay the shipping costs for the size exchange. If, after exchanging the size, the buyer decides to request a refund, all shipping costs, including the initial shipping cost, will be paid by the buyer.

For orders over €299, the first size exchange is free. If the buyer requests multiple size exchanges, they will be responsible for all shipping costs except the first. In the event of a refund, all shipping costs, including the first, will be borne by the buyer. In case of partial refund if the total amount of the order is less than €99, the first shipment will be paid by the buyer.

- Send the product back using the tracking number and shipping service URL. Your payment will be refunded as soon as possible after receipt.

- Please write the correct Yamoto shipping address, we will not be responsible for incorrect address.
