ECE 22.06 & DOT Certification: Ensures the helmet meets rigorous safety standards for impact resistance and overall protection. Chin Guard: Provides additional protection for the lower face and chin in the event of an impact. Nose Deflector: Helps direct airflow and reduce the risk of debris entering the helmet, improving safety. EPS (Expanded Polystyrene): Two layers of EPS improve impact absorption by deforming during a collision, thus reducing the force transmitted to the head.

Material:

Shell: Made of a single shell, designed for durability and impact resistance. EPS: Typically made of high-quality expanded polystyrene for effective energy absorption.

Comfort:

Sun visor: Provides comfort by protecting your eyes from the sun, reducing glare, and improving comfort while riding. Anti-fog ready (PINLOCK 30): Ensures the helmet is ready for the installation of an anti-fog system, reducing fogging and improving visibility in various weather conditions. Micrometric buckle: Allows for easy and secure adjustment, improving comfort and convenience when donning or removing the helmet.

Precautions:

Spoilerless: Lacks an aerodynamic spoiler, which may affect stability at high speeds, especially for racing or high-speed riding. Single-shell construction: While single-shell helmets can be effective, they may not offer the same level of customization or adjustability as multi-shell designs. Limited to anti-fog ready: Even if the helmet is ready for an anti-fog insert, it is essential to install and maintain it properly to ensure optimal performance.

Full-face helmets: Similar to the helmet described, they offer full protection with a chin guard and EPS liner. Modular helmets: They may offer additional features such as a retractable chin guard, but often share many of the same protection and comfort features. Sport or touring helmets: These may offer similar certification standards, sun visors, and anti-fog preparation, but may vary in aerodynamic design and additional features.

RETURNS AND SIZE EXCHANGES

Yamoto cares about product quality and strives to provide the best products to our customers. However, if you're not satisfied with the product, we have a return policy to avoid confusion, provide convenience for our customers, and foster a strong customer relationship.

Steps to return:

- Return the product by email to "Info@yamoto.it".

- Clearly, state why you want to cancel or refund with the order number and date.

Additionally, there will be three return conditions:

Cancellation:

- The order can be cancelled if it has not yet been charged or processed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has shipped. Only the product price is refundable.

Swap size and color:

-Free size exchange if the order is over €299

- Only within 15 days, the product can be exchanged

- Avoid tearing the packaging

- Use of the product is not permitted.

- Send the product back and mention the error and what you want in exchange.

- You will pay for the return shipping if the problem is on your side, otherwise the Yamoto team will pay.

For orders over €299, the first size exchange is free. If the buyer requests multiple size exchanges, they will be responsible for all shipping costs except the first. In the event of a refund, all shipping costs, including the first, will be borne by the buyer. If the items you receive are defective, Yamoto will replace the defective item with the same model, color, and size free of charge. The company will not cover the costs if you choose to exchange an item, color or size other than the one purchased, even if it has defects.

Reimbursement:

The reasons for the refund must be valid.

- We will only refund the price of the product, not the shipping costs (€6)

For example; if your order is €100, in the event of a refund, the refundable amount will be €94.

In case of a refund after a size exchange, all shipping costs will not be refundable, as they are the responsibility of the buyer.

Some examples:

If the order is over €299, the buyer must pay the shipping costs for the size exchange. If, after exchanging the size, the buyer decides to request a refund, all shipping costs, including the initial shipping cost, will be paid by the buyer.

For orders over €299, the first size exchange is free. If the buyer requests multiple size exchanges, they will be responsible for all shipping costs except the first. In the event of a refund, all shipping costs, including the first, will be borne by the buyer. In case of partial refund if the total amount of the order is less than €99, the first shipment will be paid by the buyer.

- Send the product back using the tracking number and shipping service URL. Your payment will be refunded as soon as possible after receipt.

- Pagherete la restituzione della spedizione se il problema è da parte vostra, altrimenti il team di Yamoto pagherà.

Le motivazioni del rimborso devono essere valide.

- Rimborseremo solamente il prezzo del prodotto, non le spese di spedizione(6€)e contrassegno(3.90€)

Per esempio; Se il tuo ordine è di 100 €, in caso di rimborso l'importo rimborsabile sarà di 94 €, se in caso di contrassegno l'importo è di 102,90 €, il totale rimborsabile sarà comunque di 94 €.

in caso di rimborso dopo il cambio taglia, tutte le spese di spedizione non saranno rimborsabili, poiché a carico dell'acquirente.

Alcuni esempi:
Se l'ordine è superiore a 169€ , per il cambio taglia l'acquirente deve pagare le spese di spedizione. Se dopo aver effettuato il cambio taglia, decide di richiedere il rimborso, tutte le spese di spedizione saranno a suo carico, compresa la prima.

Nell caso in cui l'ordine superi le 299€, il cambio taglia è gratuito per la prima volta. Se l'acquirente richiede più volte il cambio taglia, tutte le spese di spedizione saranno a suo carico tranne la prima. In caso di rimborso tutte le spese di spedizione saranno a carico dell'acquirente, compresa la prima.
In caso di rimborso parziale se l'importo totale dell'ordine è inferiore a € 169, la prima spedizione sarà a carico dell'acquirente

Puoi richiedere la fattura sia online che presso i nostri negozi . In negozio ricordati di avvisare prima dell'emissione dello scontrino. Online puoi chiedere la fattura, potrai contattare il Servizio Clienti all'indirizzo email info@yamoto.it. Ti avvisiamo che sarà possibile inserire la richiesta di fattura solo se l'ordine non è già stato preparato per la spedizione.
