The HJC RPHA 71 ELLON MC8SF is a premium full-face sport touring motorcycle helmet designed for urban commuting and long-distance travel. It features a lightweight, impact-resistant PIM Evo shell, multi-density EPS liner, and extensive wind tunnel testing for improved aerodynamics and silence. The HJC RPHA 71 also includes a sun visor and is compatible with the second generation SMART HJC Bluetooth system for seamless connectivity.

Premium Integrated Matrix / PIM EVO: Reinforcement materials, including natural fiber and carbon-aramid hybrid fiber, offer improved impact performance, greater comfort and a lighter helmet.
The aerodynamically designed shell reduces air resistance and ensures stability at high speeds.
Three shell sizes fit six head sizes (XS-M / L / XL-XXL) for a superior fit while reducing weight.
Full airflow from front to back: 2 intakes and 2 outlets.
Pinlock-ready HJ-40 visor: offers 99% UV protection, with anti-scratch coating.
Quick, easy, and secure visor ratchet system. Smooth ratchet action and improved visor seal.
Push button visor lock and release: easy to open but safer.
3-position adjustable sun visor for an optimized position.
Light smoke sunshade installed.
Includes Pinlock 120 DKS468.
Double D-ring locking system.
Interior with advanced antibacterial fabric that offers improved moisture absorption and quick drying function.
Eyeglass slots can accommodate drivers who wear glasses.
Crown and cheek pads: removable and washable.
Prepared for Bluetooth 21B and 50B (sold separately).

Technical features:

ECE Standard

Meets or exceeds ECE 22.06 approval. Tests include energy attenuation, penetration resistance, chin strap structural integrity, and labeling requirements for road motorcycle helmets.

PIM EVO shell

The new shell material is composed of carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, fiberglass, organic non-woven fabric and natural flax fiber to ensure improved impact performance, for a more comfortable and lighter helmet.

New sunshade mechanism

Integrated sun visor: The tinted sun visor with anti-fog coating extends quickly and easily via a new operating system located at the bottom. Its new mechanism allows for three different depth adjustments based on your body shape and preferences, for an optimal fit.

RETURNS AND SIZE EXCHANGES

Yamoto cares about product quality and strives to provide the best products to our customers. However, if you're not satisfied with the product, we have a return policy to avoid confusion, provide convenience for our customers, and foster a strong customer relationship.

Steps to return:

- Return the product by email to "Info@yamoto.it".

- Clearly, state why you want to cancel or refund with the order number and date.

Additionally, there will be three return conditions:

Cancellation:

- The order can be cancelled if it has not yet been charged or processed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has shipped. Only the product price is refundable.

Swap size and color:

-Free size exchange if the order is over €299

- Only within 15 days, the product can be exchanged

- Avoid tearing the packaging

- Use of the product is not permitted.

- Send the product back and mention the error and what you want in exchange.

- You will pay for the return shipping if the problem is on your side, otherwise the Yamoto team will pay.

For orders over €299, the first size exchange is free. If the buyer requests multiple size exchanges, they will be responsible for all shipping costs except the first. In the event of a refund, all shipping costs, including the first, will be borne by the buyer. If the items you receive are defective, Yamoto will replace the defective item with the same model, color, and size free of charge. The company will not cover the costs if you choose to exchange an item, color or size other than the one purchased, even if it has defects.

Reimbursement:

The reasons for the refund must be valid.

- We will only refund the price of the product, not the shipping costs (€6)

For example; if your order is €100, in the event of a refund, the refundable amount will be €94.

In case of a refund after a size exchange, all shipping costs will not be refundable, as they are the responsibility of the buyer.

Some examples:

If the order is over €299, the buyer must pay the shipping costs for the size exchange. If, after exchanging the size, the buyer decides to request a refund, all shipping costs, including the initial shipping cost, will be paid by the buyer.

For orders over €299, the first size exchange is free. If the buyer requests multiple size exchanges, they will be responsible for all shipping costs except the first. In the event of a refund, all shipping costs, including the first, will be borne by the buyer. In case of partial refund if the total amount of the order is less than €99, the first shipment will be paid by the buyer.

- Send the product back using the tracking number and shipping service URL. Your payment will be refunded as soon as possible after receipt.

- Please write the correct Yamoto shipping address, we will not be responsible for incorrect address.

Se hai verificato lo stato del tuo ordine e la spedizione è in ritardo, ti invitiamo a contattare il Servizio Clienti per segnalarlo. Se necessario, provvederemo a metterci in contatto con il nostro corriere per verificare lo stato della spedizione e sollecitarne la messa in consegna.

-Cambio taglia gratuito se l'ordine è superiore a 299€

- Solo entro 15 giorni, il prodotto può essere scambiato

- Evitare di strappare l'imballaggio

- L'uso del prodotto non è permesso.

- Invia indietro il prodotto e menziona l'errore in esso e cosa vuoi in cambio.

- Pagherete la restituzione della spedizione se il problema è da parte vostra, altrimenti il team di Yamoto pagherà.

Le motivazioni del rimborso devono essere valide.

- Rimborseremo solamente il prezzo del prodotto, non le spese di spedizione(6€)e contrassegno(3.90€)

Per esempio; Se il tuo ordine è di 100 €, in caso di rimborso l'importo rimborsabile sarà di 94 €, se in caso di contrassegno l'importo è di 102,90 €, il totale rimborsabile sarà comunque di 94 €.

in caso di rimborso dopo il cambio taglia, tutte le spese di spedizione non saranno rimborsabili, poiché a carico dell'acquirente.

Alcuni esempi:
Se l'ordine è superiore a 169€ , per il cambio taglia l'acquirente deve pagare le spese di spedizione. Se dopo aver effettuato il cambio taglia, decide di richiedere il rimborso, tutte le spese di spedizione saranno a suo carico, compresa la prima.

Nell caso in cui l'ordine superi le 299€, il cambio taglia è gratuito per la prima volta. Se l'acquirente richiede più volte il cambio taglia, tutte le spese di spedizione saranno a suo carico tranne la prima. In caso di rimborso tutte le spese di spedizione saranno a carico dell'acquirente, compresa la prima.
In caso di rimborso parziale se l'importo totale dell'ordine è inferiore a € 169, la prima spedizione sarà a carico dell'acquirente

Puoi richiedere la fattura sia online che presso i nostri negozi . In negozio ricordati di avvisare prima dell'emissione dello scontrino. Online puoi chiedere la fattura, potrai contattare il Servizio Clienti all'indirizzo email info@yamoto.it. Ti avvisiamo che sarà possibile inserire la richiesta di fattura solo se l'ordine non è già stato preparato per la spedizione.
