WHAT MEASURES HAVE BEEN PREPARED?
For your safety and that of the people working at the Yamoto Store, we have implemented procedures and protocols and trained all employees to assist you in the safest way possible, in addition to making specific disinfectants available for the products on display.

The sanitization and sanitization of the products on sale (and of the store) are important points and our colleagues with the utmost seriousness will be at your disposal in order to make your experience in the store safe and with due transparency.

Is it safe to try on a helmet or garment at Yamoto stores?

We manage a series of cleaning, sanitization, and disinfection measures not only for rooms but also for the products on display, which are implemented regularly by our staff and based on the hygiene procedures we have introduced.

Alcohol-based disinfectants. Stores have disinfectants available for daily cleaning of counters, machinery, and other items in the store.

Masks, gloves, and face shields. The use of masks and gloves is mandatory, and all staff also wear special clear face shields, both for personal protection and to be able to assist all customers safely and efficiently.

Hand sanitizer. A specific hydroalcoholic solution is available in all stores, which, according to protocol, must be used before and after wearing gloves.

Safety protocol. A protocol for staff and health screening, signed by all of us, has also been activated for internal use.

Odorless helmet sanitizing spray. Shop assistants have access to and will use a specific alcohol- or benzalkonium chloride-based spray to disinfect the helmet interior regularly and, upon customer request, even before putting it on for maximum safety. The odorless spray leaves no residue and will not damage the helmet interior in any way.

Odorless fabric sanitizing spray. Staff members have access to and will use a specific alcohol- or benzalkonium chloride-based spray to regularly disinfect clothing and fabrics, and, if requested by the customer, even before putting them on, for maximum safety. The odorless spray leaves no residue and will not damage fabrics.

Store capacity. The number of customers who can enter and stay in the store varies based on the size of the space: staff may therefore ask customers to wait in an orderly fashion at the entrance, to ensure safe social distancing is maintained both inside and outside the store.
