CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND SIZE EXCHANGES POLICIES

Yamoto cares about product quality and strives to provide the best products to our customers. However, if you're not satisfied with the product, we have a return policy to avoid confusion, provide convenience for our customers, and foster a strong customer relationship.


Steps To Return:-

Please return the product by email to " Info@yamoto.it" .

Clearly, mention why you want to cancel or refund with your order number and date.


Additionally, there will be three return conditions:

Cancellation:-

The order can be cancelled if it has not yet been charged or processed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been shipped. Only the product price is refundable.

Exchange size and color:-

Only within 15 days, the product can be exchanged

Avoid tearing the packaging

Use of the product is not permitted.

Send the product back and mention the error in it and what you want in exchange.

You will pay for the return shipping if the problem is on your side, otherwise the Yamoto team will pay.

If your order exceeds €299, the first size exchange is free. If the buyer requests a size exchange multiple times, all shipping costs are paid by the buyer except for the first size exchange. If a refund is issued, all shipping costs are paid by the buyer, including the first shipment and any shipments for size exchanges.

Size Exchange Policy

Need to change size? No problem!


  • For orders under €299, the total cost for the size change is €12 with exchange service, which includes:
    • €6 for the collection of the item to be returned
    • €6 for shipping the new size
  • For orders of €299 or more, exchanges may be free. See our full return policy for full details.

Would you prefer to send the return via your own courier? In that case, you'll only pay €6 for shipping the new size.

If you have any questions, our customer service is at your disposal!

Note: We only offer a collection service for size exchanges.

It is not possible to request a withdrawal only without making an exchange. (Exchange service)


Reimbursement:-

The reasons should be valid for the refund.

We will only refund the price of the product, not the shipping costs.

Please send the product back using the tracking number and shipping service URL. Your payment will be refunded as soon as possible after receipt.

Please write the correct Yamoto shipping address, we will not be responsible for incorrect address.
